There is no ASM post in RRB Gorakhpur. No notice has come yet for any link of post preference change or any new notice related to NTPC exam. Will the candidates from RRBs having no ASM post be allowed to change their post preferences or not? (only honest and well-informed replies are desirable.)

I have preference of posts like ca/ta/asm/gg/sc/jc..with all standards of medical fitness and having good typing speed 1) if i have not enough to get score for ca/ta...,can i eligible for psycho test for asm?? 2) if i have not selected in ca ta asm,but i have enough score for gg,sc,jc..can i get either gg or sc/jc?? Plz give me suggestions in this regard,i have much confusion regarding post preference...Thanks in advance
