i've seen that most of the ibps po selected candidates in rrb ntpc have scored in the range of 92-95. so the topper club mark in the avg of 95. i've not seen any po selected candidate who reached 100+. if half of the po selected candidate i.e 4000 quit the race then the avg starting cutoff of mark is inthe range of 92.

Friends, one doubt. I cleared tier1 with obc cutoff. Now if I get more than general cutoff in tier 2, am I eligible for general quata as well as obc quata? If only obc quata then isn't there a chance of obc cutoff be higher than general?
