its all pure logic...18k vaccancy with 25k avg salary means around 50 crores per month...if they can delay result by 3 months they can save 150 crores....thats it(i personally think the whole recruitment  process could have completed on dec 2016 and joining on jan 2017...now its april means they saved already 4 months and if no other obstacles involves minimum 3 months is required to complete everything...total 7 months delayed..congrats rrb you saved 350 crores for the government...oh wait,,post preference change can be made now huh?..today morning a guy told me if he is allowed to change the post preference he must be allowed to change the board also otherwise he will go to court...holy shit..seems rrb gonna save 1000 plus crores for the govt
