RRB cut off
RRB always issues 2 kind of cut off upper and lower cut off.
for them upper cut off is the mark of the candidate scoring highest and lower cut off is the mark scored by the last candidate selected for that post.
so if say upper cut off for CA was 91.47 and lower was 83.47 than it means that person who scored 83.47 was the last candidate to be selected by them and thus 83.47 is the actually cut off for selection.
don't get confused by all the rubbish on net. they were all circulating RRB bhopal's last ntpc cut offs . they didn't analyze the marks or vacancies etc .
this time vacancy is 6 time. so cut off should be less slightly.
