TA. :- ट्रैफिक अप्रेन्टिस 2 साल तक लगातार ट्रैफिक डिपार्टमेन्ट के विभीन्न पदों (SM/GG/Section Controller/ट्रैफिक इंस्पेक्टर /YM etc) की ट्रेनिंग (थ्योरी और ओपेन लाईन दोनों) दी जाती हैं . इन 2 सालों के दौरान केवल स्टाईपन के तौर पर अभी 27,000/- प्रतिमाह दिया जाता हैं . उसके बाद रेलवे में उपलब्धता के आधार पर स्टेशन मास्टर या गूड्स गार्ड का पद थमा दिया जाता हैं. स्टेशन मास्टर :- 100 दिन की ट्रेनिंग, 27,000/- प्रतिमाह स्टाइपन के साथ. उसके बाद किसी स्टेशन में पोस्टिंग (4200 ग्रेड पे) के साथ. नोट :- वर्तमान में ASM पद को हटा दिया गया हैं और सीधे SM पद पर 4200 ग्रेड पे साथ नियुक्ति मिलती हैं. शुरूआत में सैलरी प्रतिमाह 37,000/- मिलती हैं.
