The normalization is done on the basis of a formula based on standard deviation and average score of two or more sets which declared as standard. The variable involved in the calculation is standard deviation,raw score and average score which r used to calculate normalized raw score . Where raw score is your score after negative , average score is top 0.1% CANDIDATES average score of your shift . Accuracy doesn't matters.
