Hi puys, I was able to download my admit card on the 16th of Jan at 9a.m. Previously I tried with Chrome and Internet Explorer but to no avail. After that I tried with EPIC Browser and I was able to enter LOGIN details and move to the page where the search button comes and then the download button comes. Here however I wasn't able to download so I copied athe URL and pasted it in my IE and was able to download my admit card. I think with EPIC browser it worked because it doesn't allow storing cookies or browser history. Anyway if you are not able to download do follow this process and see if it garners success for you.
P.S: It might just be that RRBs have decided to open the windows for downloading for a short while. Please try by your regular browsers first and if that doesn't work then try my convoluted method. EPIC .exe file is available for downloading in EPIC Browser's site for free which can be accessed by a simple google search.
