I registered for under graduate posts instead of graduate posts for rrb ntpc. What to do now? Can this be modified?? Please help.

Off topic One of my friend who has graduated through distance course in 2016 hasn't received her mark sheets provisional or otherwise due to some address issues. What to do in this case?? Should she fill the form is she expects her marksheet and certificates after 6 months?? What are the possibilities?Please suggest.

humare sheher k newspaper Mai nikla ki abhi tak 1 hi EWS ka certificate bana hai... Hope mujh jaise Garib ka bhi ban jaaye. Humesha final merit miss ho jaati hai 😭
