In rrb different b/w percentage and normalize percentage, rrb 01/2014 tech and alp results two persons got 101 above normalized percentage out of 120 marks, that two normalized percentage roll numbers are 3006424, 3081790 and got normalized percentage 101.0873 and 101.5392, in general percentage if one person got 120/120 is 100 percentage but not 101 percentage, if u have any doubt check sec rrb site
