Lakhs of students prepare for years together, write exam and sit idle waiting for the results. What a waste of man power..! Only thousands of them make it to the selection list and rest all continue this unproductive cycle of Prepare-Write-Wait.. In the due process, many exceed age limit, lose their employability and become unfit for private jobs also and settle for some mediocre way of life... Such a waste of talent ! Why we crave for Govt jobs? How many of us really want to "serve" public? How many of us are attracted to Govt jobs only because of their lazy work culture, job security (you cant fire me even if I sleep in office attitude) and social status? We need to introspect.. (I am no exception).
What can be done? Why cant they speed up recruitment process? We all know its all computerized.. They can publish results in just few days if they want to.. We do have such a IT infrastructure..
And there is another bitter pill... Limit the number of attempts ! Give preference to those who have work experience than those who spent years to prepare for govt exams (even I am one of them).. This may seem bitter, but it is really in the National interest.

Rrb may take mains exam in emp. Notice 01/2015 & 02/2015 as centres were on blacklisted online exam centre.Pre & mains exam should b in je & sse post too.
I think there is no such technical prob. Actually STF investigating, 6 more centre of agra caught, so it takes time for RS, may be some more exam will be hold for that centre, ( however i dont granted this news) .. Janhit mai jaari..
