when applying my pin code was 795001 but now it has changed and now on my aadhar it is 795005, will it create problem in DV? What should i do?

I want to tell my view regarding GG allocation, not all GG posts were filled , ppl who got high marks in ASM list excluding psycho test will be considered for GG if he/she fails in Psycho, so acc to this view how many(ratio) GG posts might be left vacant for ASM candidates ??
just for survey how many personnal give their option gg before asm

(a) Refer to Para 1.15 of GENERAL INSTRUCTION. According to above Para, the Serving Defence Personnel likely to be released within one year from the closing date (i.e. 25.01.2016). It means they have been released from service by 24.01.2017. But many Ex-Servicemen those who were released from service after 24.01.2017 attendant the aptitude and psychometric test. If they fill correct date of discharge during filling of application, then RRB WEBSITE will not accept their candidature. So they gave wilfully furnished false information. (b) Refer to Para 10.10 of EX-SERVICEMEN CANDIDATES. According to Service Norms, The Serving Defence Personnel those who are having more than one year of service remaining for release will not get NOC from Release Centres or Commanding Officer of their respective units, for apply in civil employment. It means, those who were released from service after 24.01.2017 defiantly did not get the NOC for applying in CEN 03/2015 of NTPC (G) at the time of submitting the application. 3. The above reasons clearly show that they wilfully appeared in all the stages of examination under CEN 03/2015 by giving False self-declaration in e-call letter also.
