NORMALisation is GOD of this multiple shift exams(remember 98+lakhs candidates)
if u see in je/sse ,some people getting 12+ even 15+ but some people(so called easy shift bad luck guys) rewarded with -12 to -15marks.if u take in percentage in 150 marks,normalisation marks is 10-13% so if 100 total ,10-13+ marks /minus 10-13 marks makes us loser /winner .
