Aaj obc format annexure print kiya hu. Ab samajh nahi aa raha ki ispe jo blank space diya hai....usme naam pen se likhna hai ya ms word se pura typing karke naam aur community likhna hai. Obc certificate ban gaya hai, bas format par cross-verification karana hai. Any idea???
