sab politicians ke pas apne malls petrol bunk apartments banwane ke lie paise hain but govt ke pass vacancy reduction ke alawa koi option nahi hai wo bhi due to money problem.....many candidates missed the cut off by some points and still govt is assured of a better INDIA...SAD

My score 83.05 in Secunderabad board asm cutoff is 72, typing post 82. My name is not in the list. Post preference CA-TA-ASM-GG. can I still get GG(but GG was last in preference list)
MY normalised score is 78.61 alb. board is in pshyco. list of ASM(NCR) cut off 77.53 but not in pshyco list ASM(NR). CUT OFF 77.05 AM i eligble for NR in final cut off list if not able to clear NCR final cutt off list?

I have got more marks than required for ASM and my preference be like CA<TA<ASM...My name is not there in the list for ASM...So I think I have been shortlisted for CA/TA.
But my doubt is,
