Hi friends i have a doubt under scr two zones are present namely scr and ecor cutoff for scr 74.27 ,ecor 72.47 ...if any candidate from scr got more marks than candidate from ecor in psychometric.....is he will be prefered in ecor ahead of ecor candidate?

If we selected in obc category in 1st stage, then we eligible for only obc vacancies??? Even though we get more marks than gen cutoff, we only consider in obc category in second stage to 3rd stage??? Then what about the candidates of obc who got selected in gen category??? He will eligible for both gen and obc??? Or only gen?? Or the above matter is wrong??
