merit index rrb ne notification me bata dia tha almost 1 saal pahle. tab koi mc kuch ni bola.aaj kah rahe h merit index change karo. kisi ko ni pata hota k uska selection hoga k nahi hoga lekin sabne is formula ko accept kia lekin aaj kuch fail ho gye to kah rahe h formula galat tha. muh me le lo sab thk ho jayega.
