After filing a case RRB s will become even more stubborn... Now they will defend themselves hard... Instead of filing case it would have been better if pressurised the RRBs through mails tweets calls etc so that they might have yielded by now... Mahabharata says settle the issues amicably before a fight... We should have followed that...
