Due to CBT1 consideration, many candidates will not get the post they deserved including me. So, I have filled a RTI to Rrb Mumbai regarding CBT1. Subject: Regarding the results of cen-03/2018 (Recruitment of JE, DMS and CMA) Sir, According to point no. 13.2 of cen-03/2018, Short listing of candidates for the 2nd stage CBT exam shall be based on the normalized marks obtained by them in the 1st stage CBT Exam. Total number of candidates to be shortlisted for 2nd Stage shall be 15 times the community wise total vacancy of posts notified against the RRB as per their merit in 1st Stage CBT. But according to point no. 4 of LIST OF CANDIDATES SHORTLISTED FOR DOCUMENT VERFICATION & MEDICAL EXAMINATION published on 02-11-2019, The candidates would be eligible for the posts for which his/her community-wise cut off in 1st Stage CBT is less than or equal to his/her 1st Stage CBT Score subject to opting the same while submitting their applications. THIS CONDITION WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE NOTIFICATION. It means that if a candidate is the last candidate to qualify the CBT1 is eligible for only one post for the final selection. All the conditions of recruitment process must be cleared in the notification but RRB did not do that . According to point no. 13.1, CBT1 was screening in nature and no details were provided about POST-WISE COMMUNITY WISE cut off. So most of the candidates prepared for CBT1 to just cross the cut off. Sir, There is a big difference between the words COMMUNITY WISE and POST-WISE COMMUNITY WISE. Please provide the details of following questions: 1) In notification, it was mentioned that CBT1 was screening in nature and total number of candidates to be shortlisted for 2nd Stage shall be 15 times the COMMUNITY WISE total vacancy of Posts notified against the RRB as per their merit in 1st Stage CBT. But Rrb published the CBT1 results on the basis of POST-WISE COMMUNITY WISE . Due to which many of the candidates are not eligible for all the posts. Since results of CBT1 was published on the basis of POST-WISE COMMUNITY WISE instead of COMMUNITY WISE, Please provide the details as per railways rules and records through which this condition was changed. 2) Please provide the list of POST-WISE COMMUNITY WISE candidates qualified CBT1. At the time of CBT1 results, a common list was published not the POST-WISE COMMUNITY WISE candidates list. So I am asking for the POST-WISE COMMUNITY WISE candidates list.

I think people in the main list have already been given their seat based on their preferences internally like if I have 700 Index and seats in my top 3 preferences have already been filled by the the candidates who have better Intex than me and there is seat in my 4th preference then I will be allotted the 4 th preference and for waiting list whenever any post from the mail list vacates, first guy from the waiting list will be invited and will be given the post.
