civil chandigarh mai highest cutoff design ki hai and ur seats are 28 means ...28*1.5=42 that means 42 UR students are qualified for design .......ab aisa jaroori nhi ki 42 students mai se sab students ki first preferance design hai .....kisi ki pway hogi kisi ki works ...to iska matlb design ke lie in actual 42 students b nhi hai competition mai ...............am i right ??
