I have analysed all the shifts... There are many factore like zone , category, branch, exam centre location etc etc.. 2 lakh candidates will be called for CBT 1 .. out of 24 lakh I am sure only 16 lakh will give the exam . So 1 out of 8 will be selected . Moreover there were cancellation problem, center relocation and center distance problems were there.. These will reduce the cutoff in a significant amount . Hence according to me cutoff will be (After normalization)
