manlo sabse high cut off post mein 1 seat hain
aur manlo 2 candidates jo cbt1 mein all post pe qualified hain aur agar sabse high cut off post ke liye cbt2 mein yeh do candidate ke sabse jyada marks hain ek candidate jiske 110 aur dusre ke 120 to mera question yeh hai ki-
rrb 110 wale ko lega ki 120 wale ko kyunki agar rrb 120 wale ko leta hain aur agar dusre posts ka cut off 112 jata hain to 110 wala out ho jayega lekin agar 110 wale ko is post mein leta hain to 120 wal dusre posts mein out nahi hoga but usko 1st preference wala post nahi milega, dono mein rrb kaise karega?
i dont think cbt1 mein highest marks lane wala candidate cbt2 mein nahi layega kyunki wo tej student hai (as same thing agar koi board ka cut off cbt1 main high gaya hai to cbt2 main bhi high jayega kyunki quality of student jo select hue hain high hain)
what is the number of non-civil candidate who have applied in rrb je(out of 25 lakhs)? (this is important to know the cut off)

Provided that Merit Index balance the inter branch marks. This is my prediction of ECE vacancies after merit Index . S&T Telecom = 65% UR , 63% OBC S&T signal = 63.5% UR , 61% OBC PS : Only for medium cut off zones.
