Bhai normalized hone k baad ur k liye jammu may 62 se 63 % Normalized marks koi b ek post k jaa sakta hai kya???? Baaki k isse jayada hoga mujhe closing marks ki chul mach ri kuch batao bhai

For the eye sight standards for A3 it is mentioned as 6/9 for both eyes with or without glasses. What does it exactly means??? I have right eye 6/12 without glasses. If I put glasses now is it possible for me to get qualified for A3??
