There are 'n' no of posts and most of them having different qualifications requirement, different post preferences , different no of vacancies also different community wise. So they ought to have different post wise cutoff to maintain 1:15 ratio. It would have been unfair to simply just multiply total number of vacancies with 15 for cut off, That's why it was essential for RRB to publish post wise - community wise cutoffs.
