U are only eligible for posts which u cleared in cbt1. ALP cbt 1also had same postwise cut off but due to elections they reduced it to minimum 40% cut off. now if u want to change it, request RRB . I also missed one post in CBT 1 cut off. But im ok with anything RRB does. as it's my failure to not clear all posts. Also i believe this is unfair to candidates and also they didn't mention it exclusively in notification.

Ek baar cbt2 mein shortlisted ho gaye toh as per your preference aap saare post ke liye eligible ho. Final merit sirf cbt2 ke score par banega. Ab aage CBT 1 score ka koi role nahi hai. Aisa rrb je notification mein saaf likha hai.

if CBT 1 post wise cut off is useless then OBC SC ST candidates can still claim UR seats . as there are so many post wise UR cut offs , u can't stick to one cut off and say obc sc st can't claim UR seat now.
