Mujhe lag raha hai...ki...qualifying nature ka matlab CBT 1 ka marks add nahi hoga...par CBT 1 marks ke basis par post-wise qualify kiya jayega.....baaki logon ke mail se bhi yahi lag raha hai.

Inhone notification me clearly bata rakha h.. ki marks of CBT 1 will only be used for second stage... Kahi b asa clue b nai b ki cbt1 ko selection criteria me lenge... If they follow against notification then we can file case as the notification is very clean
