Yaar ye batao jb hr seat pe 15 candidates to bulaya gya hai to ye kaise kh skte hain ki zone ki cutoff zada jayegi ya kis zone ki km. Ye to ispe depend krega na ki kis zone mein kaise ladke baithe the? To Mtlb randomly kisi bhi zone ki cutoff high ja skti hai.
