Bhai kisi ne clear kiyaa ye jo CBT1 me postwise cutoff thaa uskaa kya matlab tha.. Minimum cutoff wala v sabhi post k liye eligible hai ?? RTI file karne se av batayenge wo..ya fir pura process hone k bad batayenge. Plz kisi ko confirm pata ho toh batao.
