Ab jo jo protest kar raha hay uska 3 issues hay..
1) Minimum qualification marks par cut off banao, matlab UR ka 40%, SC ka 35%, ST ka 30% etc..
2) RRB ko centralise kro, matlab sab rrb se ek hi cut off nikalo.
3) Post wise cut off q! yeh toh sirf screening nature ka hay aur ye merit me kaam nehi ayega toh sabko har ek post k liye eligible hona chahiye.
But, yeh sab bhos*iwala ko yeh nehi malum hay, ki inlogo ka protest karne ka pehle 2 reason hi invalid hay, aur pehle wala reason ke liye hi jyada protest ho raha hay..
Q ki main bata raha hu, q pehle 2 reason galat hay,
for no1, Ayse har ek exam ka official notification me yeh minimum qualification marks likha rehta hay, parantu ye cut off marks nehi hay. yeh sirf minimum qualification hay, uske bina koi bhi aage nehi jaa sakte for remaining process. Cut off marks alag hota hay, its totally depends upon no of vacancies. jitna vacancy hota hay uska koi guna candidates leta hay. jaake SSC JE ka official notification check karke dekh, waha par bhi, min qualification marks likha rehta hay, lekin cut off usse bahut jyada ata hay. agar exam easy hota hay, tab cut off zyada jaane ka chance bar jata hay, jaysa RRB JE me hua hay. Toh pehla reason invalid ho gya.
Ab reason no 2 k liye, Har ek RRB me vacancies same nehi hay, tab kayse cut off same nikalega! agar jyada vacancies hay toh cut off comparatively kam jata hay, lekin kam vacancy ho toh cut off jada jata hay.. toh, har ek RRB me vacancy alag alag hay, isiliye alag alag cut off.. toh, dusre reason bhi invalid hay.
Ab reason no 3, jo asli mudda hona chahiye tha, lekin wo achha se samajhna padega, ki agar koi ek post k liye 15 vacancies hay, tab uska 15 guna lena padega, kisi dusre post k liye 10 vacancies hay, tab uska bhi 15 guna lena padega, lekin baat yeh hay ki, dono post k liye educational qualification alag hay, tab agar manlo 15+10=25 vacancies k liye ek sath 15 guna le liya, tab, cbt 2 k baad dekha jayega ki pehe post k liye candidate kam par raha hay, lekin dusre post k liye jada candidate aa chuke hay. tab RRB kya karega?! unka toh har ek post k liye 15 times candidate lena padega, isiliye post wise cut off nikal chuke hay. toh, ye reason bhi invalid ho chuka hay. lekin ALP me aysa nehi hua tha q ki sab post k liye 15 times candidate nehi mil raha tha pehla bala cut off se, tab dusre baar nikal diya.. yeh ek mudda ho sakta tha protest karne k liye.. phir bhi yeh sab ch**yo ne minimum cut off ki mang karke sab kharap kar diya. jis hisab se PIL banya hay, wo pura dekhke phek denge, aur kuch nehi..
Aur, ek baat hay ki, JE me jo jo form bhara hay wo sab technical background se belong karta hay, sirf CMA chorke, tab ye tech/non tech ka kya ch**yappa laga rakha hay yaha par, bina CBT 2 deke tech post mil gya!! yeh, kysa baat hay, sab log tech post k liye toh cbt1 diye the, ab yeh baat karne ka kuch nehi hota hay..
Aur, ek baat jo jo select ho chuka hay, un logo ka itna ghamand dikhane ka koi jarurat nehi hay, jo jo select nehi hua hay wo sab sirf 40% lene ka layak nehi hay, usse zyada leke unselect hua hay.. main bhi unme se ek hu, mera 60% hay, but cut off 70+ gya hay.. iska matlab tum bahut kuch kar diye ho, aysa nehi.. Respect karna sikho sabhi ko.. Tumahare se 14 guna bahar chale jaoge CBT2 ka bad, yeh baat dhyan me rakha kar..
Aur, last baat yeh hay ki, Revised result nehi ane wala hay, isiliye koi ch**yappa na kare.. 😄

Rrb ne sehi kam kiya cbt2 ke liye time kam diya. Cbt 2 me technical me duba hai jo log unlogo ko faida hoga. Finally rrb join karne wala logoka tech or non-tech dono hi strong mana jaega. Bolo jai bharat jai bharat..

Bolne wale bolte rhenge. Cutoff agar 50 bhi hoga to 49 wale bolenge. Agar 90 min mein 70+ nhi la sakte to padhna choor do. Cbt 1 clear karni ki kubat pehle rakho. Pehle apni apti knowledge to prove karo phir na technical knowledge ke liye qualify hoge. Class 10 pass ho nhi rhi aur 12 ka sb syllabus padh le kya ho ga ???? Pehel cbt 1 to nikalo.

See friends if only 40 marks are the cutoff for CBT1 then there is no point of conducting CBT1. Everyone got more than 40 marks. Then what's the difference between previous JE exams where single exam is conducted and now where it's conducted in two phases. They took candidates in 1:15 ratio. Everyone who wrote JE exam is a technical student. Everyone who scored more than the cutoff of CBT1 definitely has basic technical knowledge. Let's think there is a revised result as some people are hoping, then CBT1 exam is just a joke and RRB will become a mockery.
Jab rajasthan vidyut main je ka hua tha usme non tech hi aya tha woh bhi banking wala... Non tech basis pe selection hua tha...
ab agar rrb ne result revise kiya aur 40% walo ko bhi liya to phir yahan nainital high court me writ dalunga ki sabko lo phir unse kya dusmani hai...............
