People who are claiming b. Tech, diploma passouts are non technical, are purely dull headed, pseudo illiterate. Rrb in no case will hear such vague claims. Be logical at first then tweet. Humlog jo mehnat karke clear kiya hai exam sab retweet kar raha hu so that rrb do not hear those illogical comments. Those failed people had not studied hard. Still they are loosing time. I am sure if they not change their mindset from now they will do the same things in the next exams also.
