Better to mail RRB to remove category wise merit list .They may remove category wise criteria if bulk of mail will reach to them.

Abhi Maine ek Aur RTI lgaya Rrb gorakhpur me niche jankari ke liye sirf 10 Rs lge. Aap log ki RTI lgaye. RRB ko jabab to Dena hoga CBT1 se ladko ko eliminate karne ke liye. Sir, According to point no. 13.2 of cen-03/2018, Short listing of Candidates for the 2nd Stage CBT exam shall be based on the normalized marks obtained by them in the 1st Stage CBT Exam. Total number of candidates to be shortlisted for 2nd Stage shall be 15 times the community wise total vacancy of Posts notified against the RRB as per their merit in 1st Stage CBT. It is written that candidates will be shortlisted based on the normalized marks obtained by them in the CBT1 but RRB has eliminated the most of candidates not clearing the various categories of posts. According to the article (16.1) of the constitution , There shall be equality of opportunity for all citizens in matters relating to employment or appointment to any office under the State. So, RRB has not considered this point of the constitution during eliminating most of the candidates from various categories of posts. Please provide the details as per railways rules and records about the above issue.

Post wise cutoff cbt 2 mai honi chaiyhe thi..... Cbt 1 mai postwise cutoff kaa kya matlab hai,jab yeah only qualifying nature kaa hai.... Many aspirants already become ineleigble for many post, despite clearing cutoff
