Ye dekho... Cut off Post wise ya fir Minimum Qualifying pe hi lagega.. CEN 03/2018 me khud RRB ne likha hai "Total vacancy of POSTS notified"... Agar sirf RRB wise common for all posts cut off lagana hota to POSTS nahi likha hota sirf RRB likha hota... Jo achhi english jante hai vahi samjh sakte hai.. English anpadh wale Ba*chodi na kare.. Baki log padhte rahe
