Guys Need Some Suggestion:
I have applied from AJMER and I come under UR category (Electronics)
Total Form Filled: 153953
Total Post : 825
UR post : 421
Eligible for 234 post UR category (Removing Civil Engineering Vacancies)
Now for CBT 2 they are going to select 15 times candidates
i.e. 15*234 = 3510
153953 *80%= 123162 Total present
and in this approx. 85-90000 candidates are from Mechanical,Electrical,EC,Computer
90000 mein approx 50000 belongs to UR category
Now Exam was conducted in approximately 40 shifts (21-2 June and 26-28 June)
Now har shift mein approx 80-90 candidates to aaram se the jinke 68-75 raw marks aa rhe honge..
That means 90*40= 3600 candidates toh aise hi ho jate hai ....
JInke 68-75 raw marks aa rhe hai woh sab logo k Normalization k baad minimum 2-3 marks badhenge.
Than also they are safe.
So I think the cutoff will lie between 70-80 marks (After Normalization) for UR Ajmer Region (Apart from Civil Candidates).
If I have made any mistake kindly correct me (There might be some approximation Errors , neglect them.)
Cutoff will be Region Wise, Category wise and Vacancies on which you are Eligible.
So I think the cutoff mentioned by Test book is somewhere Correct ....
Why the hell everyone in here is saying that cut off will be branch wise? On what basis man? Everyone had to write the same paper irrespective of branch..then on what basis the cut off will be branchwise? Earlier the exam pattern used to be different if you are aware..in that case the cut off could have been set branchwise...now there are two stages...cbt 1 has nothing to do with the branches...for the branches to matter, there is CBT2...mostly focused on Technical stuff. 15 times the vacancy will be called for CBT2 ...then the cut off will be branchwise and zonewise...Don't spread such shitty things without having common sense...
