1 number merit index number ka difference mein kitna candidate ho sakta hein approximately? For an example : 500 aur 501 merit index mein kitna candidate ho sakta hein?

Guys! I did my med on last friday. Doctor in Egmore HU said me to test my eye again as he feels my power might have increased and asked me to bring prescription, wear new specs on Monday(today) but opticals said my specs will get ready by tomorrow only.. What shall I do? Do i need to inform them or directly can i go tomorrow? I am staying in Chennai only.. So no issue traveling back and forth to Egmore HU Does anybody faced similar issue in any other zone? Help me guys
