Guys please answer my question ...

My 70% + outoff 30 marks are 74.05xx

Board Secunderabad

Post ALP Mechanical

BTech

UR

1st Pref. ALP

In CutOff for Regular DV

ECoR is 73.87378

SCR is 74.14981

I cleared ECoR Cutoff; But 0.097xx in Short for SCR

Q.1) Will i be considered qualified for first panel based on ECoR.

Q.2) Will the final Cutoff REDUCE after DV n Medical.

Q.3) Will i be considered qualified for first panel based on REDUCED marks cutoff of SCR.

Q.4) How much time will RRB be taking for Second Panel List.

Secunderabad , OBC, category. 1 mark less from main cutoff, chance is there or not???? Should I hope or just leave?????
