Bhai jaha jaha railway ko eligible candidates nhi mil rhe hai waha un candidates ko job deni chahiye jo is stage tak pahuchkar 4-5 number se reh gye hai ... Means vacancy bhi adjust ho jaygi or berojgaaro ka bhi bhala ho jayga... Kuchh aisa rule hona chahiye... Agree or not guys??
