Condition of various exam conducting agencies are pathetic and exams are taking minimum up to 2 years for various stages and joining except IBPS. No one is penalised. What governance means I don't know.
Those who r shortlisted for ibps clerk and looking for railway job may get depressed about the lag of railway result. I lost hope for railway job bcz of uncertainity in its process
