I couldn't resist posting this. It's just a short incidence that happened with me and re-enforced the belief that there are good people out there.
3-4 days back, I had a major issue with one of my client's project.
I was not able to figure out how to fix it and it was really driving me insane.
I asked my web hosting people if they could fix it and even they turned me down (sh!t happens)
I have been using them for two years now and just like that, they turned me down, frustrated and in anger, I used swear words in my emails to them and decided to switch web hosts.
The new web hosts thought they could fix the issue and since I was a new client, they really worked hard .
But even they could not fix it.
I then posted a bid online to fix it and offered money to get it done.
meanwhile, I was myself trying to fix it, since with a website, if its down, it really costs you your business.
I met a guy in a forum, asked if he could fix it, andย
HE DID IT, FREE OF CHARGE. ๐
wow, I am just speechless ๐
I asked him if I could pay him and he said, " no dude, I like to help people"
WOW, I really can't believe it, such a gesture to help a person who reached out to him, hats off to these people.
