I have a question relating to POS and a credit card. Say I have my own retail store that accepts Credit/Debit card payments from customers through a POS machine. I also have 2 credit cards with me of different banks say A and B. Now if I spend some amount using card A and when I have to pay the bill after 45 days I would swipe card B in my POS that would credit my account and with that amount I will pay off card A's bill. This way next month I would pay off card B's bill using A. But I need not payback the initial amount that I spent on card A if I keep repeating this cycle for infinitely long time. Where's the catch ? Am i missing something ? Is this logic flawed ?
