Here are my favourite facts from Election 2014
:1. AAP crossed the magical figure of Congress in 1984 elections in terms of the total candidates who lost their deposits, 417+ it is.
2. Mr Sibbal who justified 2G scam of 1.76 L crores by Zero loss theory got just 1.76 lac votes and stood a distant third.
3. Only 3 out of 28 cabinet ministers were able to win, 2 out of them are from MP who are said to enjoy backing of RSS and BJP.
4. Hubris of the Satraps like Nitish, Lalu, Mayawati etc who dreamed of the TOP job met their nemesis (Total seats of all of them less than 15).
5. Last but not the least there wasn't any Modi Lehar at all, it was Tsunami, States like TN, Kerala where BJP couldn't win seats have polled significantly for BJP which is reflected by stellar rise in vote share.
