Muscular, 6-1", handsome looking..not skipping a single girl's eye. No that's not me. I am the one right beside him, waiting for some misguided feminine gazes to land on me. I could see the sinusoidal change in the expression of those girls, while averting gaze from him trying to look away for a few moments, and momentarily has to pass through me. I am just a clumsy guy, messy hair, wild beard, thin, under-confident..who travels in an auto-rickshaw, loves chai, scared to visit starbucks, mainly b'cos the only thing he knows how to order is coffee. Guys like me waits for a miracle on every valentine's day, and waits eagerly for his own birthday just to be wished by their crush on facebook. It's not like I didn't try. I went to gym for 5 months...and got skinnier, took the line 'In the end you regret the things more you didn't do' and proposed to a girl, only to get blocked everywhere. A few enlightened souls told me girls dig into confident guys, I gave it a shot and asked a random 'out of my league' girl out while buying pajamas in a mall..only to get a soul shivering look from her. Now the only hope left for me is Nirmal baba..speaking of which, I haven't had a vanilla ice-cream with chocolate sprinkles in ages. Maybe 'kripa' isliye ruki hai.🤔
