Just sharing love story of my friend..I feel empathetic for him.
He and a girl used to chat in a friendly manner since 2 years on Whatsapp. Both were engineers and both were preparing for bank exams. He cracked RBI Assistant. She couldn't crack any bank exam. He encouraged her as a friend. Thereafter, she cracked IBPS RRB clerk. She was always restricted by her father not to talk or be social with boys. She was posted away from home in a village in a RRB branch.
Thereafter they met for the first time. Affection grew over time. Friendship turned into relationship. She was always fearful of her father and had told that she would not go against his wish. Then suddenly proposals started pouring in for her. Every parents have a checklist in which marriage is just below getting a job. Pressure increased. In the midst of this RBI Assistant 2017 exam notification came. He saw it as over a chance to win her over her father. It was difficult for her to manage job and studies simultaneously. He tried his best to help her, boost her, and motivate her. She cleared the Prelims. Hope increased. She gave the mains. Attempted quite well. Then the relationship started breaking due to the anxiety of wait time between exam and results. The relation was already suffering from marriage proposals on one hand and the nervousness to crack an exam like Rbi Assistant on the other hand. Chats decreased. Calls decreased. She ended everything just because she wanted to focus on marriage. He is left distraught, broken. She has received a marriage proposal of 20 lakhs per annum and may soon accept it. He is trying to mend his life together,
Moral: Friendship dies due to relationship. Never get into serious relationship if the girl is hesitant. Many girls are after all Gold diggers.
