"I am arrive by passenger train Ahmedpur station and my belly is too much swelling with jackfruit. I am therefore went to privy. Just I doing the nuisance that guard making whistle blow for train to go off and I am running with 'lotah' in one hand and 'dhoti' in the next when I am fall over and expose all my shocking to man and female women on plateform. One Okhil Chandra Sen had written this hilarious letter to the Sahibganj divisional railway office in 1909. The letter is on display at the Railway Museum in New Delhi. This letter supposedly led to the introduction of toilets on trains.

I wanted to share one of my interview experience with you. In 2012 I got through CAT and had given many interviews. In every interview I faced, I shared an idea with interview panelists. The idea was simple that I will distribute freebies to people through E-Commerce portal. I got thrashed in every interview asking for the sustainability, I tried to convince them but all in vain. Finally I have successfully implemented that freebie model which every one thrashed few years back. so please believe in yourself and your idea ! Never give up!!

I would like to share an instance that happened with me today.
Today morning I went to a hospital, a govt. owned, to get an appointment with a doctor, for my mother. I went looking for a counter, there was a long queue and I joined one. FIFO (First in First Out) algorithm started to follow. When I was five men away (yes, that's the SI unit of distance when in queue - one man away, two men away and so on) from the counter, a man with a mouthful of guthka rushed to the counter and started to push his hand in that little hole of counter window.He got into a little brawl with the person near the counter and then the elderly person who was close to the counter gave in. Seemed he was liberal (not a pseudo, but a genuine one).
While
I was watching all this, I was pondering as to what actually has incited such acts
- I came to the conclusion that its 'Glorification' of the wrongdoings. I have
come across several people who consider such acts as smartness, often accompanied
with a compliment - "Ladka tej-taraar hai".
Meanwhile I got reminded of that Swachh Bharat ad of Mannu Aunty and Sukhiya Chacha. I coaxed few guys behind me into shaming that person. So, after that guthka guy was done with the counter, he was returning with pride and sneering smile on his face. On the way while he was crossing beside me, I just stopped him with all due respect "Sir, please". And everyone of us started clapping for that guy. He stood clueless and surprised.
Me - "Aapne bahut mahaan kaam kiya hai, jis tarike se aapne bina line lage apna kaam kara liya. Smart work. Hats off to you."
One of the guys taunted - Are ye bhaisaab Kaalia film k Amitabh Bachhan hain, ye jahan khade hote hain, line wahin se shuru hoti hai....and all people around burst into laughter.
By then he understood and apologised for what he did, making an excuse that he was in hurry and left the place hurriedly with a heavy heart.
