Hi all, so I have this question, I want to know your views.
Suppose you are at training, or say you are withdrawing cash from ATM machine, suddenly you notice it is 9 o' clock at night and watchman/security guard is supposed to be there but he is not!
You 'feel' unsafe and feel like complaining about this to the Branch Manager.
But then you start thinking
Situation 1 : You do complain, that security guard gets probably fired, you feel guilty!
Situation 2 : You do not complain, you just visit that ATM again and give a warning to that security guard, he mioght not take it seriously.
*Assuming you are really senior enough to discontinue that guard's services.
What should be done according to you?
