plz help everyone!! i am working as a manager in psu bank present scale of pay 31470 ( after revision) would it b wise decision to switch and go for rbi ?? What other avenues can i look for given my work exp of 4 years ( 2 years prob + 2 as confirmed service)

Why are people talking about big financial management books?? isnt that more specialised? or the syllabus given for finance deals with such financial management specialised topics??

for ph-1 of RBI 2015 grade B vacancies few books have been suggested.
can anyone tell ,out of 7-8 books suggested on site which ones will suffice for finance section.

why many guys are talking about phase 2 only? why not phase 1 yet? only 1340 peoples are going to write phase 2 out of lacs of candidates..!???so lets share more information about phase 1....
