All those who are preparing for both RBI and IBPS PO mains,I have a query..Pls see that this is my first attempt at RBI but have prepared for IBPS exams..IBPS PO mains is on 31 October and RBI is very near so cannot wait to start prep for phase 2 after ibps and also can not take the IBPS lightly as the cutoff is increasing year by year..I am an MBA(Marketing) and have a good knowledge of mangement..bt not much known abt finance as the syllabus is different in many aspects from what we study in MBA...also one more challenge is that I m new to economic & social awareness..is it feasible to crack it this year if I start my preparations now??..If it is what should be the strategy or time table to meet challenges in this decision..pls help

RBI has decided to keep unchanged the eligibility criteria mentioned in their Aug 19th notification.
This has left many who have invested time and effort for this exam nowhere. We are now planning to file a Writ in SC challenging RBI's Decision to implement this.
Advocate has advised that rather than filing the case in a single name it would be of help if there are other people too.
So, Those who are willing to participate can mention their name here.
Also as we know that its the prerogative of an organisation to devise their recruitment process we can challenge it only on grounds such as arbitrariness, denial of natural justice etc. Any suggestions strengthening these grounds will help in drafting of the writ.so please give your specific suggestions.

rbi board members have decided and came to a new criteria with massive change in the recruitment process. Tell me what can rbi do if people didn't study well and get 60 percent . Even one had not decided when he passed 10th and 12th that he wants to be come grade b officer. Rather filing pil or other things against rbi we should focus on upcoming exams ibps po mains etc.
The main thing for which people are protesting is the salary and perks rbi offers to a grade b officer. Still you want to get into rbi go for rbi assistant through departmental exam you can be grade b one day
guys anyone please provide rbi grade b officers previous years question paper and materials
new to bank exams. can anyone suggest the approximate time to be spent on each section? 120 mins for 200Qs overall. what should be the approx time spent on 80 GA as a section, 60 reasoning, 30 english, 30 QA. can keep this in mind while practicing questions.
I hav ABOVE 60 % in 10th , 12th & post graduation
but not in graduation..
Last Year - it was 60 % in graduation OR 55% in post graduation
But this year NOTHING MENTIONED regarding post graduation marks
Am i eligible for RBI B grade???

Subscribed to mocks of mockbank. Their finance paper seems to be accounting paper. No question from topics mentioned. Random accounting principle topics. Don't buy it.
