What happens when govt reduces it's shareholdings below 50% in say a PSB ? does it still remains a public sector undertaking/bank? Please someone throw a light on govt % stock holdings funda.. thanks

Doubt:

One of the reason behind the derived demand for local currency is the "exports effect" which says that the lower the exchange rate ,the cheaper local goods and services to people from rest of the world...here lowering of echange rate means currency appreciation or depreciation? Bcoz i think only qhen currency depreciates it will increase exports and increase demand for local currency

In RBI Grade B Officer General Awareness Plays a very important role if you see the previous year papers out of 200 questions 80 questions is of Genaral Awareness inluding Banking Awareness & Financial Awareness.

Here is the analysis of 2014 papers.


 General Awareness This section was dominated by questions on Economics.

 There were about 25-30 questions from basic Banking Awareness that the candidates would not have found difficult to attempt.

 a) There were around 10-15 questions from Current Affairs.

b) Number of Questions Banking Awareness 25-30

 c)  Business Economics (Static + Current) 35-45

A Minimum of 60% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PWD) or equivalent in Bachelor's Degree as well as in 12th and 10th standard examinations. according to this am i eligble or not?

 i ve 65% in mca.

RBI exam is clashing with IIFT exam ...why RBI did such a big blunder.

Guys there is one problem with this thread , I personally feel that the extent of this thread is limited because it has been created under jobs tag. So it never comes under trending threads/discussions.
