Someone tell me,rbi has said only those who have 60% or above have eligibility, do we have 2 calculate overall percentage of marks or do we have to calculate only aggregate percent,do we have to include language papers also, while calculating 10th & 12th.?RBI haven't mentioned aggregate or overall percent in their website,which 1 to consider?.
