This was a point in RBI Revised Syllabus - Annex A ..
Final selection will be through merit lists which will be prepared by adding marks secured by candidates in Phase-II (Paper-I + Paper-II + Paper-III) and Interview.. so does it infer that phase 1 will merely be qualifying and phase 2 and interview are the real arena????
RBI has confirmed in its annual report that the first phase is likely to be conducted in Nov 2015.
@T_Rohan @maitrei.de Can u pls tell the edition of the books for phase 2.. and also wen we search for economy by uma kapila it shows policies as a book and since independence as another.. which one shd we go for..? it would be really nice if u can reply at the earliest..

I am new to this Forum. I am a Bank job aspirant and have been preparing for IBPS for a few months. I would like to take up RBI Grade B exam but have not done much for Phase 2. No clue how to complete the syllabus. RBI has listed a number of resources which are not possible to be covered in 2 months. Please guide on the books which are needed to be chosen from the list, that are easy to understand and succeed in such a short span of time. Thanks
