Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards one simple but gigantic issue of non uniformity in pan India education pattern in secondary level as well as graduate level examination. This non uniformity varies not only in standard of education, but marking pattern is highly variable. This pattern differs from one state to another and concurrently from one education board to another. Few boards have excelled in to their domain while some boards are still fighting for their place and which is evident from many reports and when students from this zone come into real world of competition then they should not be deprived of their competition right just because of not having compliance with threshold limit of mandatory 60% in vacillated board and university level performances.
Working with reserve bank of India is the dream of many of the candidates and surely every single one is working day and night just to fulfill this dream.
As an officer aspirant (RBI GRADE B) I have worked so hard and put everything on stake just to prove my mettle in this examination. And as an aspirant It is my humble request to you to please do not wither many of us without checking our capability, and on behalf of thousands of aspirants I am requesting you to please restore the previous academic eligibility norms, otherwise please provide us at least one chance in this year (2015) examination with previous year academic eligibility norms.

Sub: Request for change in Education Qualification criteria
Myself an aspiring applicant for RBI grade B officers exam would like to seek your attention towards the Education Qualification criteria of having 60% or above marks in 10+2 as well as in graduation is a bit unfair on the candidates who have been studying throughout the year for a job in the most reputed and trusted financial institution of the country.
We all are putting our best efforts to succeed but it is really hurting that we might be left out from the competition just because we did not score 60% marks some five to 10 years ago in our college or school.
The whole revised recruitment process is very good and is welcomed by the aspirants, it gives a clear picture to the aspirants that what is required of the from the organisation except the education qualification criteria.
Hence, it is my humble request that the HR looks into the matter and keeps the education qualification criteria same as it has been for previous years. this will not only boost the morale of the candidates but also provide good and competitive candidates for the valued post.
The Reserve Bank of India has been doing a wonderful job in shaping the economy of the country by regulating and supervising the commercial Banks and keeping a healthy competition among all the banks then why not the same for candidates appearing for the exams. RBI also by safeguards the interests of the public by making Banking standard codes for customer service we would be highly obliged if one more customer request is accepted.

Isn't it enough to have three phases of examinations to filter the best 100 odd from the total aspirants. it should not be about what we have achieved in the past but what we can achieve in future.
