Hi.. Can anyone guide me on how should I start preparing for rbi grade b exam? What is the pattern and syllabus? Which study material should I refer?

I have a Ramesh Singh 5th edition. Is it sufficient? or the 7th edition has more additional information than that? Someone throw lights please 😛
In todays rbi assistant exam i think most of the questions are from current affairs and banking awareness.Less importance given to economic part.What should be the probable difference in GA section of rbi asst: and Grade B.
should i google each and every topic from social and economics, finance and management and collect notes or buy any particular book. I am confused. How should i start?
If phase II becomes MCQs based question paper then what caan be the new syllabus and assuming that no change in syllabus then how one should prepare for mcq?????
The more i think about the change in exam pattern more i have started to believethatphase ii exam will be mcq based and willit will happen at the time of phase i..........just like sidbi exam pattern pattern and after that there will be only interview. So the time period of recruitment would get halved by around 4-5 Months. What do you think??????

Hi, Is it true that RBI is going to stop Grade B Recruitment from this year?

Guys one important question.. Is master degree from distance learning will be accepted as fulfilling the eligibility criteria.. I hv 58.5% aggregate in graduation while 70% in honours subjects. I am feeling nervous. Guys plz help me in this regard.
